New modem and still no coverage 5 days later

We signed up and received our modem in 2 days. But nearly a week later we still have no internet connection. Before signing up we were assured the coverage in our area is very good. We've called support daily over the past 3 days, after holding at leat 20 minutes on each call before the calls get answered. My area apparently has great coverage, so why don't I. I took the modem with to work (to check a different area) and internet connection was very good so its not the modem. I have had no feedback, no answer to messages on Facebook page. Debit order has come off for March and I haven't had connection for the past week I've already paid for. Seriously is this how you do business???
