New Customer - Rude customer care service

Can someone teach your customer care staff to be polite and kind to customers? I received my new SIM card yesterday and new to all this. I will be using my Huawei modem. Then I called their number to understand how I need to use their service, my 1st experience with DRAIN is terrible!!
