New brooms only sweep cleaner when they are new

I have been a rain customer for a while now but the signal is terrible. I live in two bedroon flat and when i am in the lounge or kitchen then i dont have a wifi connetion. To add to this I have received 2 sim cards from them and neither of them can make outgoing calls. I was on hold for more than an hour, when i eventually got through I was hung up on...yes they tell you calls are recorded.
