NEVER WILL I USE RAIN AGAIN!

Such an irksome experience trying to deal with Rain!! I have a simcard with rain, which was cancelled in November 2021, i was then told i will be refunded for 6 days into December that was left on my package, instead of a refund, they debited me again on the 2nd or 3rd of January for R399!!!!!! I then phoned in and was told they can see the cancelation amd will be aski g the billing department to refund me and stop the debit order, but no one has gotten back to me

On my account there is also no place for me to even remove my account details, which is my property, ehy keep it hidden?!!!

If i am debited again in February and not refunded my previous amounts i will be taking this matter further and my company will be seeking legal advice as this is unacceptable as i even have the cancelation email with my references of me calling in with no prevail!
