Never!! use this service provider no matter how desperate you are

I would like to cancel this sim card with immediate effect, And I will not be paying for the current month as I did not get any service from this sim card I have logged a number o calls as well as complained on hello peter about the network issues I have been having and now it is even worse because the sim status has been "emergency calls only" since the last call I logged. Infect for the poor service that I have received from your company I should be demanding all the money I have paid to your company since I got this sim. So please cancel this subscription and don't even think of debating my account at all this month. When you see a review on hello peter you respond as though you care and claim that someone will call you back . and that never happens.
