Never use Rain! Their product and customer service doesn't work!

Absolutely disgusted with the service and product. After months of not having usable Internet, I was told that I would receive two months for free. Instead of this though, since I was told this 3 months worth has been taken from my account. I am so sick of this pathetic customer service all the while I STILL DON'T HAVE USABLE INTERNET!! I AM SICK OF HAVING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T WORK AND THEN WHEN I'M TOLD I WON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR IT FOR TWO MONTHS I HAVE 3 MONTHS TAKEN OFF MY BANK ACCOUNT.
