Never use rain!
Worste service Ever when you eventually reach their call centre the line goes down doesn't help you to log support ticket as they don't get back to you as well. Been battling for 3 days straight

03 Dec 2025, 11:51You guys have not called me at all I am not able to login to my account reset password no mail comes and the internet has been off for 4 days called and battling to reach you as soon as you answer phones goes dead.. You customer service is up to ****... Tickets logged not even a response on them!

I have requested the call recording why was this not provided???? How can something be canceled and now you can't provide feedbackor the call?? I have paid till 15 December for my service and currently doesn't have service! Your customer service is up to ****!

This is really starting to **** me off as your couriers is still mailing me for collection are you a bunch of ****en idiots?? Till now you haven't even called and update me nor did you give me proof where I canceled the line.. I am going to name and shame this poor service on all social media platforms as this is absurd the customer service you guys have provided. You better get this resolved your one month is not worth of my expenses already occurred due to the error on your company side!!!
