NEVER USE RAIN
I have cancelled my rain services before the 15th of May on the RainGo website as I am supposed to do. They never collected the router and I was still debited for my June subscription. No use in making use of their "ask Rain" because that does not work. I am still waiting for someone to contact me back regarding my cancellation. Reference numbers below.
