Never use RAIN!!!!

This has been the worst service I've ever had. We have been without WIFI for 8 days now. We've made numerous telephone calls to RAIN each day, spending hours on the phone with *********** staff who can only do the basic troubleshooting and escalating to so called SENIOR SUPPORT ENGINEERS" just to hear the same story every time. We have decided to rather cancel our Service with RAIN. I will never recommend RAIN to anyone. I can't believe that "ICASA" still allow them to trade as an Internet service provider. Be assured that ICASA WILL be notified.
