Never use Rain !

I’ll never ever in my life advise anyone to use Rain ! They had me cancel my rain account, they collect the device they call me after 2 years to say I’m handed over for not paying a outstanding R1500 and odd change ! After I contacted them several times saying why didn’t they confirm or debit it if I owed them 2 years about why didn’t they inform me back then. Why hand me over and inform me now !

I had an amazing service with them to end it off on such a disgusting note. Thank you Rain ! Use are the worse, your call centre agents need to also learn to speak to people and confirm what we as explients request.
