NEVER USE RAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I decided to give Rain a chance, against my better judgement. No service from their customer service department, router still does not work after more than a week, keep getting told 48 hours yet no one gets back to you. They are ***********! I want my money back that you took yet supp**** no service for. Never use Rain, they are the worst of the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
