Excellent Sales process - there it stops. There accounting is a nightmare, continue to make deductions on debit orders just when they want - when talking to agent the phone disconnects. In 3 months using the system they already deducted double the required monthly fees (in total). Trying to talk to agent impossible as phone disconnects - no phone back. Just spend 2 hours to try to talk to them with no luck. Don't know reason for phone setup never can connect ID to account anyway. NEVER USE RAIN
