Never use rain

Very bad service. My internet has been off for 2 days but they dont inform or switch towers to keep the line active. I had enough and going to cancel i cant do this any more

Thank you Jason for trying but yet the problem is not resolved. Its been 3 days now without internet but i still get charged for the full month. Please ensure the technician arrives tomorrow as promised and please as early as possible
