Never trust or use Rain Internet service provider!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received my rain sim card more than two weeks ago. I realised that I have no Rain network signal at my house whatsoever. I have been trying unsucessfully to cancel the sim and to get a refund for the Money I poaid in advance. The only reply I got was that the matter was escalated to the cancellations department. I have sent numerous emails and made several phone calls, and every time I get told tyhe matter has been escalated.

I am utterly disgusted is such poor service, and since my first email to cancel the sim card on 18/9/2022 i have been told it takes 24 to 48 working days to process the cancellation. Today is tge 28th, so in all honesty I do not understand Rain's concept of time or working days.

They are simply just sending me refernce numbers vir email,......not sure what to do with these reference numbers as their consultants keep on passing me to the next and next consultant....
