Never take out rain! They are useless
Useless with support you ask for assistance and never get a call back rain is ****ing useless... Do not use them. They are extremely unprofessional. Never resolve and issue. And 0 support.
A person tries getting hold of them and nothing. My router is faulty it doesn't read ethernet but they haven't resolved. I'm having connectivity issues and they won't resolve it. There is so much wrong with this pathetic company

We got a router that definately has been opened and used before I can only tell cause I have been in network infrastructure and worked on countless routers.
My ethernet on the router refuses to work efficiently on multiple devices not just my computer. Multiple desktops and cables have heen used and no resolution.
They said fully manageable on the router yet I can't even set the speed limitations for certain users.
Let alone try doing a speed test on the router.
I am fed up with a wait on a resolution to all of these as the first time I have communicated to fix these things was over 2 weeks ago where I submitted countless tickets I have all the references.
Get someone to call me so this **** can be resolved or I'm cancelling qnd moving over to mweb. sad part is I'm a new client and get refused assistance
