NEVER SUPPORT RAIN

Please do not support Rain in any means. I have struggld with internet since last year October where I constantly had no internet access I have reported it continiously. Called, WhatsApp to no avail. Took me 4 months to actually cancell this account. Eventually get it cancelled, got the confirmation the account is cancelled, and they still debit my account for the subscription. Phone them demand to speak to a manager, no one can assist me. This is the worst service i have ever expierienced in my entire life.
