NEVER RECEIVED RAIN DATA DUE TO BROKEN RICA PORTAL

On June 23 I brought unlimited data for R479, I was directed to a site to Rica my sim, I followed all the required steps as this is for my sister who resides with me, we got stuck as the system kept on giving me errors, I called your call centre more then 5 times to help me and Everytime was told they working on it, i spoke to Sibusiso who said he will eat back to me and didn't,I then spoke to Florence who made a mockery of me and put her headset down on her desk while I was ranting about their bad service and their unwillingness to help me even though I paid already,i had to call her name 3 times before she came back to my call, I then got a call from Carl who still could not help me get my data I paid for,he kept rambling with no solution I then spoke to Phindile from the Rica department who advised I should send/ upload my ID, proof of address and motivation letter saying I am paying for my sisters Rain account which I did, no one came back to me, I can hear on my calls made on the 23/6/2021 and calls received I was laughed at in the background, pull my calls QA and you will hear for yourself, I don't understand why a Giant like yourself would give one such bad service, I'm stressed coz I paid but still have not received the data from Rain, that I consider theft and *****, you tell me if I want a refund this would be done in 7-10 working days, NEVER!!!! YOU TOOK MY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT IN A BLINK OF AN EYE, I WANT MY DATA I PAID FOR TODAY,, I DO NOT WANT A REFUND!!!!! I WANT MY DATA!!!! I did all you asked on your broken RICA portal,

I will make it my means to find out who the big wig is in Rain and I will contact her/him to help me coz your employees are heartless and lazy,
