Never port your mobile number to rain
Don’t you ever port your mobile number to rain if you are not sure 🤔, once your number is ported to rain network and you are not happy with their mobile service, they will not be able to port you out from rain , they will rather remove you from their network and your number will not belong to any network, you will lose your number, think about it before porting your mobile number to Rain. Good luck

03 Jun 2023, 09:12I didn’t ask for the 4G simcard, rather your call agent contacted me that I’m qualified to have 4G simcard as a loyal customer of Rain , I was happy with rain data all the years and I decided to port my number to Rain which the porting was successful but the voice didn’t work on my phone for reason I don’t know, after 4 days of trying to make the voice work because data and sms are working except voice, the rain technician fail to fix the problem and I decided to port my number out from rain, the network provider I went requested sms confirmation from rain to release my number , the Rain support team fail to send the sms for 3 days, they couldn’t send me sms to release my number, instead the removed my number from Rain network and my number doesn’t exist after that. Friends and family are sending me WhatsApp messages that my number doesn’t exist what happened and I explained to them what I’m going through with rain network I trusted, but they failed me. I have called several time and your team are not helping and they keep promising but I don’t see the result.
