Never have internet

I'm actually lost for words I'm not sure how to get rain to help me anymore, I work from but spend most of my days at resturants because I never have network. I sent a complaint via their app and was given a long speech to move the router around and it never worked in the month I pay rain it only works 5 days of it. I'm not sure if this is their way of telling me to get lost.
