never had such bad service from any isp do not use rain you will be wasting time and money

The service for rain is great when purchasing and activating the product however shortly after doing so I started to experience connection problems I have logged numerous tickets to no avail after sale service is non existent you pay for a service and when it stops working you get absolutely no support there is no one answering or working on your tickets I would not recommend this service to anyone not even to my worst enemy no deserves such bad service after paying good money for lots of promises but no results .If you read this and you are looking for a new isp stay clear from rain you will be disappointing and waste money
