Never had an issue with rain in the last few years, I currently have multiple routers at multiple locations. Sinovuyo Mpukane (personnel at Rain) gave me a curtsey call today, welcoming me to Rain with regards to the new rain router. I mentioned I have an outstanding ticket with regards to changing my IP from Dynamic to Static as it is not communicating with the Fai***** switch. Sinovuyo Mpukane has explained that he is a curios person and I am astounded by his willingness to learn and his communication skills.
