Never got helped

I had two Rain packages. I then asked for Rain to upgrade one of my packages to Rain one. So, I then was supposed to get two 4G sim cards and one of the routers speeds updated. I called them, paid the R559 and waited. This was in May. Rain never sent the order through till this day. I then followed up with multiple calls and no one could help or when I think I am getting somewhere with help no one gets back to me with a solution. I sent my bank statement to prove that the payment was done but no help there again. So I then decided to cancel one of my packages so I can ask Rain to sign me for Rain one. The system now does not allow me to do that as it says I already have one. Currently I am in arrears since they never debited the money for the packages (their fault) and I sit with no data where I stay
