Never go with Rain

I am very disappointed yet again with Rain.

I was mislead by the 5g and still waiting for my fumm refund as they promised me, but when I called in on Friday the agent told me there is no request for refund, worst service ever, I will gladly advise people not to go with Rain cause their after services is very poor.

I then moved to 4g, biggest mistake ever that thing doesn't have network whatsoever, I want a cancellation of this one aswell.

I want my full refund for all the 2 Simcards.

Very Disappointed.
