Never go for rain, worst mistake ever

I am so tired of rain. I joined over a month ago. My WiFi router has the green light. It’s at the optimal position yet I have no speed at all. I’m hitting 0.99 mg per second. Rain technicians promise to phone, but I never hear anything back. Their problem solving technics is put the router on and off which doesn’t help.
