NEVER EVER SUBSCRIBE TO RAIN FOR YOUR OWN PEACE OF MIND

So now after almost the whole month without internet rain is sending me an invoice, the audacity. Never mind that when you ask the support team when will the tower be fixed they say they don't know, meaning this can take 3 weeks, 3 months or even 3 Yrs. So for peace of mind do not subscribe to rain.

Just so I understand the service has been limited for the past three weeks or so when the account was up to date as well? Infact limited is a nice word. There is NO Service at all
