NEVER EVER BUY A RAIN SIMCARD!!! Useless customer service.

Absolutely shocking service from RAIN. I have been trying to contact someone from the support and no one ever comes back and I have sent multiple requests to all divisions because of the useless service. I was on an MTN sim in a 4G router (Huawei B525 router) and getting speeds of 25mbps plus, now, I put in the ****py RAIN simcard and get speeds from 0.5mbps to a whole 2mbps. In the same router. I have put it near a window, I have reset it, I have changed the APN. Please, no one, buy a RAIN card, beyond useless! They never reply either.

So some one replies and asks for my address ... but I thought that had to be filled in when putting a request in to contact support and would you believe it again ... no reply back from RAIN again.

This is pathetic ... no after sales service, no actual service and connection ...
How shocking is the service that I struggle to get 1MBPS internet speed ...
