Never ending bad service from RAIN

It is 06:32 in the morning and I cannot upload anything. What is this service from rain. During peak hours in the evening 17:00 - 20:00 I cannot use the internet for streaming. If I can use 1 device, I am lucky. This is not the first time I am complaining about this; however RAIN does not care, they don't contact you back, they don't email or whatsapp you. They do nothing except take your monthly subscription. Friends of mine stay about 2km from me, they have no issues, but in our area with our tower we are connected to, constant problems.
