Never buying from Rain again

Customer service sucks. We needed to return a device that did not do what we thought it would. So immediately we cancelled the contract and requested a return of the device. It was an outright purchase. They said we could return it ourselves to a store or their logistics would arrange collection on Monday. Over a week later we decided returning it to a store was obviously the only option as all the phone calls simply resulted in “logistics will call you”. Now I am standing in the store…. I don’t have all week but maybe I should have bought my bed…. They are waiting for billing… need authorization. They have the cancellation reference number already but that does not help the return….
