Network is so slow, I have sent so many queries but no one comes back, can we please get some service if we don't pay you respond quick and cut the services,

U PAY FOR 1 WEEK AND WORKS, 3 WEEKS THE DAMN THING IS BUFFERING, DON'T YOU HAVE TECHNICIANS THAT GO OUT AND ASSIST CLIENTS, JESUS WHATS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY
