Network still not being fixed ...

Last week when I wrote a review about Rain they said they fix the problem but still going tona second week network has not been fixed I'm paying for 5g not 3g the lady whom I spoken to said a tower was down and it will.fixed as soon as possible but till today nothing I will be moving the router like a mad woman from room to room it will hold for few hrs then it goes back to 4g then 3g I hope month end when it comes you are going to debit us for 3g because this not good for a a company...for how long will go on you must let us so we can cancel our subscriptions....we.work at home so.e of us..please ..
