Network Speed and Customer Support

This will be my third time complaining about rain on Hello Peter because it's the only way I get an answer to anything. I've sent tickets to their customer service line countless times with only a handful of calls. I PAY for a 60mbs line, so you'd think I'd get at least 40mbs? Not even close. The most I get on a good day is 10mbs with almost no clouds and blue sky everywhere. There's a 5G tower not even 2 blocks from my house and still the network keeps disconnecting. I have yet to receive a reason on why that is. I have been a loyal customer for years. I try to refrain from posting on this site but i am left with no choice
