Network slow and support is non-existent

For a while things were fine but this week I'm only managing speeds of 2mbps and yet I pay for 30mbps. I logged 2 tickets and no response from Rain. I canceled the first time for this exact same thing and seems like I might cancel again because I can't anymore with this company
