Network Problems

Iv been struggling with their network since Friday Morning, been calling and they keep saying someone from the network department will give me a call. I logged so many tickets but i still got no assistance what so ever. All you get told is to move the router around the house but still receive No Connection. Couldn't do any of my assignments :-(
