network problem that has persisted and not be fixed at all, like for 3 ****** months

Thank you for spending that last two months ignoring me, but the issue still remains, the router at O'Reilly Road, the router she has is a 5G CPE T1a router titled O'Reilly Road on the Rain account is still not functioning as it should my sister who uses it is still fighting for network EVERY SINGLE NIGHT AFTER 6pm CAN SOMEONE FOR THE LOVE OF ****ING JESUS ****ING CHRIST DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!'
