Network problem sorted

After countless client support calls, eventually my internet issues were resolved, I am hoping you are also dealing with the other customers issue, you have a reputable company and its disheartening to see so many complaints, I am hopeful you will do better from here going forward, I am mostly happy for my kids.. thank you once again for dealing with this issue eventually
