NETWORK PROBLEM AND NO PROPER SERVICE FROM RAIN
i have being without network for 48 hours and as a working mother with her kids at home l feel that its unfair cause now nothing seems to be working cause the network is a problem l have being on a call for 25 minutes no answer l have logged two calls already and still awaiting some service from Rain the reference numbers are as follows *** and *** this is seriously unprofessional .

02 Dec 2022, 11:11Good Morning Rain has debited my account and the wifi is still not working or connected this is truly and honestly unfair and l need this sorted out l am paying for something that l can not use or excess which is terrible if this is not sorted out as soon as possible l will report they service to the OMBUDSMAN as this is clearly not customer service l need this sorted out as my kids' are at home and there is not connection l want this resolved today

02 Dec 2022, 16:02the whole day is gone this is more then 5 days and you are still trying to restore the connection this is extremely unfair and its looks like you guys are not interested as long as you get your debit orders not worried what happens after that this is the worst service ever ......
