Network problem and I cannot work from home because of connection error

I have been struggling with network and I'm using rain for work purposes now that I cannot connect I need to resort to other avenues buy data on other networks for me to be able to work. I pay on a monthly basis and this is irritating because when ever I log a call I get no response whatsoever. So I need to be compansated for the money I've been paying. If it's an issue please refund me so I can pay for companies that have network.
