Network Issues with my Router

I have been a customer of Rain for a number of years now. When I upgraded to the 5G service some time ago, I thought it was going to be a great thing for myself and the family. But network issues seem to be the biggest problem I have. I have logged numerous calls over the last year or so, regarding the connection in my area and to date still experience the same issues. I was promised new routers, resets and even someone coming out to no avail. Get the issue sorted so that us customers don't have to resort to other measures to get your attention.
