Network issues everyday.

Good day, I've sent numerous mails and received numerous calls from network support but everyday this network seems to have an issue..I just spoke to an assistant from Rain and he said he will assist by resolving network issues on his side but currently my network seems to be even worse..they say they giving a 30mbps line but everyday it switches to a tower 3.5 kms away from my house which causes the network to go to 0.10mbs and you can't even use the internet, I paid R699 for something I can't even get full benefits from..one day its fine the next its bad, I wouldn't recommend Rain to anyone.
