Network issues and poor service

I’m am very disappointed with the service I’m receiving from rain, I just joined that thing of rain one and it keeps saying no network, it goes on and off every day we have to buy data on top of paying for it

Rain is becoming expensive but this thing doesn’t work🤦🏿♀️ and when you call you hold for more than 30 minutes and the airtime runs off😩
