Network issues and not botheref about fixing the issues

Rain network network is so bad As of late .No one bothers to call you after logging a ticket numerous times regarding network.Your app lies about the network speeds that you use to test speed .I use ookla and select rain and it shows its undrr 0.89 mps what the hell am i suppose to do with that speed .This is pathetic cant even watch a series or surf the internet .Why are you not bothered abpht your clients
