Network issues

Rain has proven that they cannot provide the service I’m paying for. For the past 5 days I’ve bern struggling with network issues called rain twice also made use of their WhatsApp services still my issue is not solved. As someone who work from home it’s incredibly frustrating that I have to buy data in order for me to work yet I’ve paid for a service I’m not receiving imagine paying 555 and still have to spend money for data. When you call them they tell you they understand your frustration and your issue has been escalated. Rain must reimburse me because this is nonsense
