Network issues!

Firstly thank you Rain for solving many queries of mine, however the only way to get any proper feedback is through this platform. Since last week we have been having alot of network issues and Internet is very slow. We have coverage but lately the Internet speed is terrible. Please may I get help regarding this as it's the holidays and we need the Internet working properly especially now.
