Network issues

Before I joined your network we used Rain at the office during Covid and ***orkers were mixed with the service but one said it's working fine but for the first year or so then you realise slow to not network as time goes. She had to look for another network. I am currently in the same boat as we speak.. Y experience has been awesome and was getting others to join but now every morning and afternoon to early morning network is bad. At times there no network at all and others every 2 to 3 minutes it cut off. I have realised at times when you go on the account portal it comes back even though it doesn't say long. I have tried calling in to have it sorted out. It works for a while. But after a while it starts again. One agent said to me after I asked what should I do said maybe I should look for another service provider because there is nothing they can do. To assist because I am in an area they don't service. I have 2 accounts between me my wife and both accounts have the same issues.
