network issue

Iam using their Wi-Fi at home I pay R599.00 per month from last week there is no connection I called they said the issues was with the tower near where I stay it will be sorted out after a day or two now its 7 days without network I called again they said they will call back no one contacted me back, I called today spoke to a guy by the name of Sandvi Mosame who did not even know when the tower will be fixed I asked to speak to the manager he said there is no one senior than him that I can speak to the company is so unprofessional and they don't communicate with their customers
