Network issue

Rain, tell me why do we have to struggle with Internet almost everyday? We pay right on time always but there are always issues with the network, which is honestly frustrating, we log tickets no one responds, we Dm no one responds we leave comments no one responds, this is really annoying honestly. Please fix the network issue Asap as I have to work from and I need that network up and running.
