Network issue

It doesn’t make sense that in the past 2weeks after 18:30 I don’t have a stable network ,I’ve been with you for more than 6 years and this is what I am paying for ?I have to chat to get help but how do I chat without network? Ahg someone needs to call me don’t because the app is useless too
