Network issue

Hey rain I have Ricad my sim cards yesterday at 1 and from then till now my Rica messages has not passed I Have tried 7 times to call rain but no answer and airtime just been wasted my email address is ***

Hey rain I have went back on the app yesterday as you said to do the Rica video again it never asked me to do the Rica video again as that has already passed I did call in an they said it's the proof of address that they wasting to pass I can't wait from Friday till Sunday for it to come they also said they would call they never this is very bad customer services it's better to just cancel my order coz rain them selfs doesn't no what's happening at this point I am very angry an disappointed
