Network is not working
The network is currently not working and when its working its very slow can't even use the network on my phone. The tower nearby me is no longer visible and it was 500m away from me but the network is/was horrible. Please assist

11 Feb 2024, 00:38The problem is still persist please assist. It only got better the day i got a call. After that it went back to being bad as always. Is there a problem with my nearby tower coz an currently connected to a tower in pineslopes.

11 Feb 2024, 15:00Thats what i was told 6months ago still the same thing.Nothing was fixed, how am i assured that this time its gonna be fixed with no ETA time,meaning it can take years for it to be fixed.
