Network is dololo, debit order still continues (Dololo Rain network)

Its been three days without any internet coverage nor support from Rain. The customer care centre is useless, no-one responds to calls. This is one big mistake I made when I cancelled a contract with a realible service provider and joined this Rain. Debit orders contnue even thtough there is no service provided, what do you call it? I am going to cancel this contract as I do not have time and money to throw at a company that does not deliver on its core function.
